Stephen Trejo discusses the socioeconomic integration of the descendents of U.S. immigant groups

 

In this video, Stephen Trejo, University of Texas at Austin, discusses the socioeconomic integration of the descendants of contemporary U.S. immigrant groups—mainly Mexicans and Asians. The results are found in his paper "Socioeconomic Integration of U.S. Immigrant Groups Over the Long Term: The Second Generation and Beyond," which will be published in Immigration Policy Today, Susan Pozo, editor (forthcoming, Upjohn Press).
