President Randall Eberts announces his retirement after nearly a quarter century leading the Upjohn Institute

Dr. Randall EbertsThe longtime head of the W.E. Upjohn Institute for Employment Research, Dr. Randall W. Eberts, announced on Monday that he plans to retire as President of the Institute once a successor is chosen and is in place. Dr. Eberts and the Institute’s Board of Trustees met recently to initiate a succession plan. Dr. Eberts, in announcing his decision to staff, noted that after nearly 25 years at the helm of the Institute, it is a good time for new leadership and that he is pleased with the Board’s succession plan.
